SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery is charged at $7.00 to all New Zealand addresses excluding rural.  Please allow up to 5 working days for your purchase.

Our items are usually shipped via Courier Post.  However, depending on what your item is and where it is going, an alternative courier may be used at times.

When tracking is available for your order, we will send through the details, so you can track it online via the carrier’s website.

If you wish for your order to be shipped internationally, please email us to arrange a shipping quote mymaternitybag@gmail.com

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope that you love the items we have selected as much as we do at My Maternity Bag. 

If for some reason you wish to return an item, please contact us at mymaternitybag@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.

If you receive an item that is faulty:

Please email us and include a photo of the faulty item. The item will be refunded or replaced. Depending on the item, it may need to be returned to us, in which case My Maternity Bag will pay for the return postage.

 

If you have changed your mind:

We will accept returns where items are returned within 14 days and are received in new, un-used condition, and in their original packaging.  The items do not need to be in the original box sent to you. 

We regret we cannot be responsible for returned items which are lost or damaged in transit, therefore we recommend sending items by signature-required courier.
